Oliver Sinclair is a lawyer and is studying a Masters of International Relations at the Australian National University.

Abhinandan Kumar is a Doctoral Candidate at the Department of International Relations, Jadavpur University, Kolkata.

Dr Christian E. Rieck is an Associate Professor of War Studies at the University of Potsdam and a Visiting Fellow at the Australian Institute of International Affairs in Canberra.

Kai Bowie is a final year Bachelor of Commerce student at the University of Melbourne. He serves as the President of the Melbourne University Liberal Club, which celebrated its centenary in October. Next year he will complete his officer commissioning course in the Australian Army Reserves and begin his career in strategy consulting.

Isha Desai is a writer, researcher and analyst, graduated from the University of Sydney in Politics and International Relations. She was the 2024 Indo Pacific Fellow for Young Australians in International Affairs (YAIA) and currently works in social impact policy at Penguin Random House ANZ. In 2025 Isha was accepted into the Women in Strategic Policy Program, delivered by the ANU Strategic and Defense Studies Centre in partnership with Girls Run the World.

Siena Cicarelli is a Fellow at the Center for Climate and Security (CCS), an institute of the Council on Strategic Risks (CSR), and Program Director at the Nexus25 project, a joint CCS-Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) initiative focused on sustainable multilateralism supported by Stiftung Mercator in Germany. Prior to joining CCS, she led Women, Peace, and Security (WPS), international humanitarian law, atrocity prevention, and global partnerships as an analyst for the U.S. Department of Defense. She has previously worked on transatlantic relations and human security issues for Eurasia Group, the Center for American Progress, and the National Democratic Institute. Siena holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in International Studies from American University.

Muhammad Izzuddin Al Haq is an Undergraduate Student in International Affairs Management at School of International Studies, Universiti Utara Malaysia. Currently, he is the Director General at World Order Lab. His research interests focus on international security and global governance.

Muhammad Farhan Yaumil Ramadhan is an Analyst at World Order Lab, researching and analyzing geopolitical strategic affairs. He is currently an undergraduate student in International Affairs Management at the School of International Studies, Universiti Utara Malaysia.

James Fraser is currently pursuing a degree in International Relations at George Mason University. His academic focus lies in security and intelligence issues within the South Pacific region.  

Bethany Butchers is an Associate Lecturer at the Newcastle School of Law and Justice and a current PhD candidate. Bethany’s research explores issues across public law, constitutional law, self-determination, sovereignty, and decolonisation.
