Zohaib Altaf

Zohaib Altaf is Associate Director at the Centre for International Strategic Studies Azad Jammu and Kashmir (CISS AJK), Pakistan. His work focuses on nuclear strategy, deterrence stability, and emerging military technologies. He has written for the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, the Stimson Center, The Diplomat, and the South China Morning Post. He is also an alumnus of the Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies (NESA), National Defense University, Washington, DC.

Ali Rizk is a security analyst and holds a master’s degree in Counterterrorism from Macquarie University, Sydney.

Lauren Lowe

Lauren Lowe is a PhD candidate in the School of Social Sciences at Monash University, Australia, examining gender and Kosovo’s peace process. She is also a research officer at the Monash Global Peace and Security (GPS) Centre researching women’s participation in peacebuilding and peacekeeping.

Daniel Garnett

Daniel Garnett holds a Master of International Security from Massey University. He is a former board member of the New Zealand Institute of International Affairs in Palmerston North, and a serving member of the New Zealand Defence Force. He is currently on an exchange with the Royal Australian Air Force in Canberra.

Dr Eka Nugraha Putra

Dr Eka Nugraha Putra is a research fellow at the Centre for Trusted Internet and Community, National University of Singapore. His research interests include criminal law, human rights and cyber law.

Mr Richard Neumann FCPA

Mr Richard Neumann is Chair of the Smart Energy Council Pacific Working Group and a member of the Advisory Council of the Franco-Australian Centre for Energy Transition at Swinburne University. Richard is a former diplomat who served overseas in Beijing, Seoul, and Taipei, and was Director of the Climate Mitigation and Investment Section in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade from 2019 to 2024. He has a Master's Degree in Foreign Affairs and Trade from Monash University, co-designed a Grid Integration of Renewable Energy Course with the Australian National University, and managed the Australia-Germany Hydrogen from Renewable Energy Supply Chain Feasibility Study with the University of New South Wales.

Nabeela Siddiqui is an Assistant Professor at the Vinayaka Mission’s Law School, VMRF-DU, Chennai.

Dr Sean Andrews CSC

Dr Sean Andrews, CSC, is a retired Royal Australian Navy officer and maritime strategist, currently Senior Fellow at the Strategy, Statecraft and Technology - Changing Character of War Centre, Pembroke College, Oxford University. He has led Australia’s Sea Power Centre, commanded ADF operations in the Middle East, and publishes widely on Indo-Pacific sea power, maritime security, and the global oceanic order.

Seda Çolakoğlu

Seda Çolakoğlu is a PhD researcher in the Department of International Security at the Institute of Security Sciences, Turkish National Police Academy. Her research focuses on critical perspectives related to security, (counter) terrorism, and political violence, as well as various aspects of gender within the contexts of international security and (counter) terrorism.
