Patricia Siqueira de Medeiros holds a Master’s degree in Genomic Sciences and Biotechnology from the Catholic University of Brasilia. She is a permanent civil servant in the Brazilian government, in the career of Specialist in Public Policy and Government Management. Her work focuses on biosafety, biosecurity, and the governance of technological innovation.

Fransiscus Divo Marcellino Prasetia

Fransiscus Divo Marcellino Prasetia is Undergraduate Student in International Relations at Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, and Analyst at World Order Lab. His research interests focus on non-traditional security, media, and diplomacy through an integrative politics, psychology, and philosophy approach that examines their often-overlooked interrelations.

Katherine Viella Irwanto

Katherine Viella Irwanto is Graduate of International Relations from Universitas Indonesia, with a semester abroad at KU Leuven, and Analyst at World Order Lab. Her research interests focus on regional and institutional dynamics in the EU, ASEAN, and East Asia, combining domestic and international variables to produce a holistic analysis of foreign policy and non-traditional security issues.

Geo Dzakwan Arshali

Geo Dzakwan Arshali is Undergraduate Student in International Affairs Management at School of International Studies, Universiti Utara Malaysia, and Research Intern (Regional Security Architecture Programme) with Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies (IDSS) at S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS). He is concurrently an Emerging Leaders Fellow at FACTS Asia and Senior Analyst & Program Manager at World Order Lab.

Andi Mohammad Ilham

Andi Mohammad Ilham is a Graduate of the School of Government and International Relations, Griffith University. He is also a Tax Researcher at MMStax Consulting, Indonesia. His research area focuses on the International Political Economy of Global Tax Governance.

Oliver Sinclair is a lawyer and is studying a Masters of International Relations at the Australian National University.

Dr Christian E. Rieck is an Associate Professor of War Studies at the University of Potsdam and a Visiting Fellow at the Australian Institute of International Affairs in Canberra.

Kai Bowie

Kai Bowie is a final year Bachelor of Commerce student at the University of Melbourne. He serves as the President of the Melbourne University Liberal Club, which celebrated its centenary in October. Next year he will complete his officer commissioning course in the Australian Army Reserves and begin his career in strategy consulting.

Isha Desai

Isha Desai is a writer, researcher and analyst, graduated from the University of Sydney in Politics and International Relations. She was the 2024 Indo Pacific Fellow for Young Australians in International Affairs (YAIA) and currently works in social impact policy at Penguin Random House ANZ. In 2025 Isha was accepted into the Women in Strategic Policy Program, delivered by the ANU Strategic and Defense Studies Centre in partnership with Girls Run the World.
