Dr Naoise McDonagh is the Director, Master of Business Administration (MBA). Naoise publishes original research on international business and trade issues, including how domestic regulation, international trade agreements and geopolitics impact the international business environment. In addition, he teaches courses on international business at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in ECU's School of Business and Law. Before joining Edith Cowan University, Naoise was a Lecturer in international political economy for three years at the Institute for International Trade, University of Adelaide. He also served one year as President of the Australian Institute of International Affairs, South Australia (2021-2022).

Dr Bruno Arpi is a Senior Lecturer at the Adelaide Law School, The University of Adelaide, Australia. His teaching and research focus on public international law, the law of the sea, climate change law, and Antarctic law.  

Dr Anna Hayes is a Senior Lecturer in International Relations at James Cook University and an Honorary Research Fellow at the East Asia Security Centre. Anna has presented numerous papers in Beijing, on topics ranging from the situation in Xinjiang, how the Belt and Road Initiative has been viewed outside of China, as well as the Quad and the Indo-Pacific from the Australian perspective.

Adil Cader is the Founder of Talking Foreign Affairs, which has collaborated with the United Nations on celebrity diplomacy and advocacy initiatives supporting the Sustainable Development Goals, featuring figures such as Bindi Irwin and Josh Groban. He also hosts a foreign affairs podcast that has featured over forty heads of state, including five Australian Prime Ministers and a United Nations Secretary-General. He holds master’s degrees in International Relations and International Law from UWA.

Dr Ivana Damjanovic is Associate Professor of Law at the University of Canberra and Jean Monnet Research Fellow at the ANU Centre for European Studies.

 

Dr Kiriloi M. Ingram is a Lecturer in International Relations at the School of Political Science and International Studies, University of Queensland.

Jon Yuan Jiang is a PhD candidate at the Queensland University of Technology, a graduate from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, and a Russian and Mandarin speaker. He is and a delegate of the Australia-based Australia China Youth Dialogue and a Young Leader of the US-based Pacific Forum. Daweena Tia Motwany is a Councillor with the AIIA ACT Branch and a Fellow of the Indo-Pacific Cooperation Network. She is a policy practitioner with experience across international affairs, public policy, and strategic research.

Henry Strong has a Masters of International Law and Diplomacy from the Australian National University and a degree in European Studies from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, specialising in Politics in Practical Application.
