Dr Sai Bian is a Lecturer at the School of Government, Shanghai University of Political Science and Law. With a Ph.D. from the School of International Relations and Public Affairs, Fudan University, he was also an academic visitor at the Institute of South Asian Studies, National University of Singapore, Singapore.
