Professor James Cotton is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of International Affairs. He is an Emeritus Professor at the University of New South Wales and former Head of Politics at UNSW at the Australian Defence Force Academy.
Professor Cotton was a keynote speaker at an AIIA Tasmania event in 2013 on Australia and the United Nations.
As part of his position as Fellow, Professor Cotton is also a regular contributor to the Burning Question section of Australian Outlook.
