Published 20 Oct 2015

The Sydney University Model United Nations Conference is an annual conference hosted by the students of the university of Sydney that gives students an insight into the workings of the UN and important international affairs. This year the conference spans over four days (December 3 – 6) and offers attendees the chance to assume the role of a diplomat and represent a country on a number of issues including the militarisation of Japan, the rights of consensual commercial sex workers and the Kurdish Declaration of Independence. Along with this participants will get to hear from a range of speakers of different topics as well as attend social events every night. Registration is $130 for the four days and more information can be found at our website www.sydmun.org and our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/sydneyuniMUN?fref=ts
