The AIIA’s National Conference is Australia’s premier event on Australian foreign policy. The 2016 National Conference will bring together some of Australia’s leading international affairs experts to address the theme Australian Foreign Policy: Navigating the New International Disorder.
The program already includes a range of distinguished speakers, including The Hon Kim Beazley AC FAIIA, Peter Varghese AO, Geraldine Doogue AO FAIIA, George Megalogenis, Professor Greg Barton, Jennifer Moroney and Akram Azimi.
The 2016 National Conference will be preceded by masterclasses for young professionals and tertiary students between the ages of 18 and 40. The 2016 masterclasses will be held on Sunday 20 November with the support of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
