Percy Yixuanchen Yu is the inaugural Visiting Research Fellow at Nanjing University's School of International Studies and a Visiting Scholar at the Huazhi Global Governance Institute. His work examines cross-Strait relations, democratic legitimacy and the institutions of strategic restraint.
