Jocelinn Kang is the founder of Nodalys, a boutique technology and national security consultancy that aims to strengthen digital resilience through research, advisory and training. Originally trained as a computer systems and network engineer, she held multiple roles in the Australian Department of Defence and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade before joining the Australian Strategic Policy Institute as a technical specialist and program manager, where she shaped government and industry understanding of cyber and technology policy issues.
