James Person teaches Korean Studies at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC. He was the founding director of the Hyundai Motor-Korea Foundation Center for Korean History and Public Policy and coordinator of the North Korea International Documentation Project at the Wilson Center in Washington, DC.
