The Hon David Coltart is a former Zimbabwe Minister for Education, Sport, Arts and Culture and human rights lawyer. He served three terms in the Zimbabwe parliament, finishing in the Senate. He is the author of ‘The Struggle Continues: 50 Years of Tyranny in Zimbabwe’ (published 2016).
