Eugeniu Han is a Ph.D. candidate at the Pardee RAND Graduate School and an assistant policy researcher at RAND. His research addresses topics in international economics, technological innovation, and national security. Since joining RAND, he has contributed to studies for the U.S. Office of the Secretary of Defense, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and a number of other government and private clients. Han received a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy Studies, and a master’s degree in management from Tsinghua University. He majored in philology (Chinese and Russian languages) from the University of Bucharest.
