Dr Vicki Chartrand is a Mama and Associate Professor in the Sociology Department at Bishop’s University, Québec, the traditional and unceded territory of the Abenaki people. Her general research includes penal and carceral politics, modern day colonialism, grassroots justices and collaborative methodologies.
