Dr Lynda Goldsworthy AM completed a PhD at Institute for Marine and Antarctic Studies, University of Tasmania in 2022.  Her research focused on the viability of the Convention on the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources in a geopolitically dynamic and climate changing environment. She is currently an Associate with UTAS and a policy advisor for the Deep Sea Conservation Coalition. Her research focuses on governance of Antarctic and high seas fisheries regimes, large scale marine protected areas, and rights of nature and sustainable fisheries management in high seas and Antarctic regions.
