Dilnoza is a Lecturer in Government at Flinders University and an Honorary Research Fellow at the Centre for Arab and Islamic Studies (the Middle East and Central Asia) at the Australian National University. Her research interests include securitisation theory, the geopolitics of Central Eurasia, Russian foreign policy in Central Asia and the nexus of security and policymaking in higher education.
