Alexander M. Hynd is a PhD candidate in international relations at UNSW Sydney. He is also Non-resident James A. Kelly Korea Fellow at Pacific Forum, and Research Associate at UNSW’s Korea Research Initiatives (KRI@UNSW). Alexander is a specialist in the foreign policy strategies of medium-sized states in the Indo-Pacific, with interests ranging from nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament to energy security and clean energy transitions. Alexander was a delegate on the 2022 #AIIANextGen study tour to Taiwan.
