Dr Joakim Berndtsson is Associate Professor in the School of Global Studies, University of Gothenburg, Sweden. Berndtsson is Principal Investigator for the project “Total Defence for the 21st Century: Civilian-Military Collaboration in Scandinavia.” The project runs from 2022-2025 and is funded by the Swedish Research Council.
