Joseph Franco is a Research Fellow with the Centre of Excellence for National Security at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Joseph previously worked for the Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), and the J3, AFP. His research specializes on countering violent extremism, counterinsurgency, and counter-terrorism.
