Dr Ronald Huisken is an adjunct associate professor in the Strategic & Defence Studies Centre at ANU and current editor of the CSCAP Regional Security Outlook series. He has spent most of his career in the Australian public service (Defence and DFAT) and the Australian National University – with a couple of major excursions to the United Nations and the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute.
