Book Review Editor, the Australian Journal of International Affairs – Calls for Expressions of Interest
The Australian Institute of International Affairs is seeking expressions of interest for the role of Book Review Editor for theAustralian Journal of International Affairs (AJIA).
The AJIA was established in 1947 and is the country’s leading scholarly journal in international relations and foreign policy. It currently has an impact factor of 0.859 and is ranked in the top 50 journals of international affairs worldwide. It is published six times a year by Routledge Taylor and Francis. It publishes scholarly research on international political, social, economic and legal issues, especially within the Asia-Pacific region.
The Book Review Editor role involves identifying books and reviewers and publishing book reviews online in the Reading Room as part of the AIIA’s Australian Outlook blog. An AIIA researcher is allocated to support the role by contacting reviewers and sending books, so that the role can be undertaken from any location.
The AIIA thanks the outgoing editor Aakriti Bachhawat for her superb work over the last four years in this role.
