Dr Sean P. Roberts is a Senior Lecturer in Politics and International Relations at the University of Winchester, UK. Previously, he held positions at the University of Portsmouth, UK, the Finnish Institute of International Affairs (FIIA), the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI), and the OCSE Academy, Kyrgyzstan. His research interests include authoritarian regime dynamics and post-Soviet international relations.
