AIIA National Office launches new Indo-Pacific Research Forum website

Published 03 Dec 2019

The AIIA National Office has launched a new website as part of a recent ongoing project on the Indo-Pacific with support from the Japan Foundation, the Australian Civil-Military Centre, and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s Japan-Australia Foundation.

The Indo-Pacific Research Forum attempts to define and clarify contemporary understandings and policy significance to the Indo-Pacific concept. The project is held as a series of panel discussions featuring officials and scholars, aiming to explore foreign policy perspectives of key players in the region. The focus of the program lies heavily on regional participants that have lent much to the development of the Indo-Pacific as a framework.
