Published 23 Aug 2017

The Australian Institute of International Affairs NSW will host a policy hack on the challenges and opportunities of the Indonesian-Australian bilateral relationship.

The Indonesia-Australia Policy Hack will take place on the 21st and 22nd October at Glover Cottages in the Sydney CBD and give a voice to new ways of thinking.

Through a competitive selection process nine university students will map challenges in the bilateral relationship and formulate creative policy responses. Participants will collaborate under time pressure on a joint statement and an accompanying policy brief. They will bring fresh input to the bilateral dynamic.

Applications are open until midnight, Friday September 15.

The Indonesia-Australia Policy Hack aims for equal representation of gender and primary country affiliation.
