Sir Richard Boyer (1891-1961) was a grazier, publicist and Chairman of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. He was president of the Commonwealth Council of the Australian Institute of International Affairs between 1946 and 1949 and he launched the journal, The Australian Outlook.
